Let me...get this straight. New Caledonia. New fucking Caledonia?! ...who goes there anyway, let alone goes all the way out there to kill someone? That is just...messed up. I also didn't know we had a representative from New Caledonia in the Assemblie des Sourciers here. We do. Thanks to the paper, I know all sorts of stuff about him and New Caledonia I never knew before. Baffling. Not to mention, now there's a bit of a panic here. People are rushing down the shops, buying everything they can lay their hands on, if they need it or not. There's chaos, but no real signs of violence. Plenty of protests wanting our Ministry to do something about it, now there's been an attack on a...well, a very out of the way bit of French soil. I could hardly get into work this morning, but they do have a point. I don't know why I'm rambling on about French politics anyway. I've heard that name, too. Not my place to announce that kind of thing.Anyway, before this hits your press, which won't be long, I suppose, I just...well, I just want to express my horror and confusion at this. Especially why someone would go to those, literal, lengths. That's quite disturbing, really. ( Nick )( Letter to Hestia ) Humeur actuelle: distressed

( Private )( Owl to Nick )I know people are going to think I'm not making any sense. But to me, it makes perfect sense. I do quite like going on public transport. I always thought this was the sort of thing you were supposed to hate, but apparently, I quite like it. For multiple reasons I might list if you ask. What I do hate, though, is the new nightclub across the street which I suspect is not a nightclub at all. Each to their own and all, but when it means someone-anonymous-and-drunk throwing up on our steps? Not so nice. And that's the mundane goings on of my life. Feel free not to care.
